| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment for all major credit cards but do add a 60p card handling fee to cover our costs. We will also accept payment information over the telephone if you prefer this method, but you will need to allow 2-3 minutes for us to log onto our secure server managed by Protx who are our card processing company before we can take payment. We do not hold any of your card information at this office. You may also send a cheque to the company address, but the goods will not be sent until payment is processed. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Fullofit Awards sends all packages via Royal Mail. When you process your order, you can choose the delivery service that meets your requirements which includes standard first class, airmail or special delivery (next day). Please note that next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for goods sent on a Friday as some places cannot guarantee a delivery on a Saturday. This can be overcome by paying a further £2.00 to Royal Mail. We keep a proof of posting for all items sent so if goods are not received we can follow up with Royal Mail although they do not accept that a parcel is missing until 21 days after the sent date. All items are normally shipped to the registered Credit/Debit card holders' address. An alternative delivery address can be specified but a security check will be conducted to verify the credit card address against the Invoice address. These procedures are here to protect you and us against credit card fraud. In certain cases we may require proof of identity before shipping. Delivery costs All orders over £100 are delivered free of charge as long as they are first class. Orders under £100 will be charged £3.50. Requested Delivery by Next Day Service or Special Delivery will be charged at an additional £3.00 (or £5.00 if you wish next day delivery for a Saturday). All goods on our site should be in stock at the time of ordering and we aim to dispatch orders received and paid for within 48 hours. Very rarely an item may run out due to the time lapse on our system, which has to cope with large volumes of sales. If the item is not due back into stock within a few days, we will contact you for further instructions. |
